Wedding at Portsmouth's Glen Manor
What do you get when a New England bride from the smallest state, marries a groom from the Lone Star state at the Glen Manor? A more perfect union!
I was honored to be able to shoot a wedding for a bride whose family I've taken pictures for many times. I'm always grateful when customers I've worked with for school pictures or family portraits come back, it's the ultimate compliment. The bride doesn't live in Rhode Island now, but came home for her wedding. The groom's family hails from Texas, and having visited the state and driven it on a motorcycle some years back, I can tell you there's a vast difference between the second largest state in the union and the smallest! The groomsmen were all good natured Texas gentlemen, and a pleasure to deal with, and having the reception at the Glen Manor House was a perfect representation of our little state.
